Had not played here in a few years and it didn't let me down. Fairways were in great condition and it's a beautiful course with some testing holes but also very playable as a higher handicap golfer. Bad weather meant green were pretty soft and they had just been aerated so we a bit bobbly but still played very well. Will definitely be back with my mate for another round

3, 9 holes. Good condition. Clubhouse has been upgraded furniture etc. Mice patio and balcony. Big upstairs function room with bar. Golf Professional excellent. All staff v friendly and food is very good.

£20 quid twighlight booking after 5pm for 18 holes, but also £20 if you want to do 9.. doesn't add up

AVOID, I am a member and won’t be renewing.
Not the worst course but very wet, wouldn’t even bother coming here if it’s raining or at all if it’s early on a weekend as the swindles get all the tee times. Even as a member I cannot get an earlier morning tee time, it’s a joke.
Joanne on reception is appallingly rude. Looks like I’m not the only person who is complaining about rudeness to members and non members.
The staff are a poor reflection of the course.
Considering how much choice there is around here.. they seriously wanna step up their game.

Just a quick 9 holes today on the back 9. Superb work by the greenkeepers and groundspeople as everything was nice, neat and tidy despite the recent rain.

Played last year for the first time, ended up joining as a member that day.
Course kept in great condition all year round, good value for money, some hard holes but fairly forgiving so open to all abilities.
Practice facilities lacking, driving range is very far and hidden away, almost abandoned. If course had a decent driving range would give 5/5
Overall would recomend, good value for money, membership prices very competitive I'm comparison to other essex clubs.

For golf the course is lovely.
What isn’t lovely is it being WELL over subscribed. I am a member and I won’t be renewing. Tee times are already given to legacy members and you’ve got no chance of booking an early morning saturday or Sunday.
Clubhouse needs some modernisation, and so does the morals/ethics. This “old boys club” approach is extinct and isn’t going to entice the kind of members that most clubs want - good golfers that actually play golf respectfully.
If you can’t get a tee time as a member. What’s the point!

Played 18 holes. Course in fairly good shape, not many holes are that memorable, other than for the number of Canada 🪿 you can get on a par 3 green. Staff were friendly, brunch was not great. Cost of golf and food was high considering. All round, ok.

Played a golf day and had a great time. Course excellent and so was good afterwards. Did not win though !! Maybe next time 😛

Superb reception from the management and staff for our corporate day on Thursday 29th September. Course was in great condition and played realy well, breakfast and evening meal great. Thanks Terry you and your staff were great, we will be back in September 23 for another round.Back again 0n 14th Sept 23, once again everything was great here , many thanks everybody at Langdon Hills G.C. course was in great condition scoring by our players was mid to low 30's which is a good result all round. Lu, Terry, Sally, Emma, and everybody else big thanks.Hope to see you all next year.

Met family who are staying there for a meal. Restaurant was lovely. Great, friendly atmosphere. Food was excellent.
